You are Confident and Worthy

Exodus 23:25

Worship the Lord your God, and his blessings will be on your food and water. I will take away sickness from among you.

I took my sons to the grocery store amidst this COVID-19 mess. While grocery stores and public places have now become a source of stress and discomfort, kiddos offering tidbit comments anywhere can alleviate a lot of stressors. My children in turn are a resource of stress diversion. My oldest, out loud… like super loud, exclaimed “No coronavirus in our house! No way. Not allowed!” The coronavirus had grown to such an immense issue that my son was frustrated and spoke against it. Preach!

In this time of chaos many things are important to remember. Confidence is key. Confidence in yourself, confidence in your body, and, most importantly, confidence in your God. You are designed in such a way to ward off so many ailments. What we have to remember is supporting what our body can already do is key and speak against the negativity. He spoke against the virus with so much confidence I was taken back.

We are surrounded by swirling information and knowing what to do can be very confusing. Remember to breathe. Remember to have confidence in your abilities. Support yourself with things to improve your body’s natural healing. Eat balanced. Exercise in home or take a walk or do some squats outside. Rock out on those essential oils (use appropriately). Rock out those vitamins.

Remember you are worth every bit of the health improvement coming your way. We have to work harder to stay healthy at times but stay strong.

Optimized!
