General uses include:
Eczema

Some people possess this beautiful green thumb. Some do not (me!). This is a beautiful plant you can maintain in the home with low maintenance or you can run to your nearest natural grocer and purchase a stem.
Ways to use:
Personally, I use aloe on my hair as a mask every 2 weeks. It is always easier to comb after and my curls remain more defined. There are many YouTube videos on different ways to create a hair mask.
For a sunburn, purchase a leaf. Cut it open and apply directly. Place in refrigerator for added cooling benefit.
For asthma sufferers, cut a leaf into quarters and boil. Place in a heat safe bowl. Inhale the steam with a towel over your head.
For sores or wounds, cut the end of an aloe leaf and cut a small portion off of the end. Soak in water overnight. Cut in half and apply directly to affected site and keep overnight.
These are just a few of the many ways to utilize aloe. Stay tuned and I will continue to post new recipes for Aloe success!
