  1. Don’t take things personally. Understand we are all dealing with something.

  2. Let go of the past. It happened.

  3. Limit your social media time. Expand your social interaction (with a mask maybe).

  4. Understand your stressor. Take control of them one at a time.

  5. In to bed earlier means rising at a more appropriate time.

  6. More veggies, fruits, antioxidants, and lean meats. Less heavy carbs and milk products. Balance with exercise.

  7. Let someone else take the drama elsewhere.

  8. Practice gratitude. See positive energy. Be positive energy.

  9. Think simple.

  10. Speak to your own experiences, not someone else’s fault.
