I love this recipe. Southeast my soul on cold days. I usually substitute coconut milk as I cannot tolerate regular milk. Enjoy!!

Ginger tea

Bring to a boil:

2 cups Water (500ml)

Add:

1 Tablespoon Ginger Root (diced)

4 teaspoons Sugar

Simmer for 10 min. You can simmer longer for more flavor.

Add:

5 Tablespoons Black Tea Leaves (substitute 4 tea bags)

Add:

2 cups Milk (500ml)

Heat until very hot, not to boil. Strain to remove ginger and tea.

Ginger is excellent for gut health so enjoy a sweet treat for the gut!
