Regain the Drive

I love to paint. It is a meditative process for me. Lately, love has been so busy I haven’t had time. there are days I think surely I have drive to paint. Other days I struggle to even think about picking up a brush.

Sometimes we need to reconsider our priorities and regain our drive. This doesn’t mean that we need to belittle all that we are currently doing. It also doesn’t we diminish, in our mind, all the hard work and emotional strain put into into other activities.

This means change the idea of the value of what activities bring joy. Change our behaviors to allow these such activities so we can find joy in these activities.
